30yo M looking for a bully bear the Pittsburgh area in Pennsylvania. I'm a receiver mostly but love to try to rebel against the bully just to get wedgied harder as a punishment. Not just wedgies either, noogies, wet willies, spanking, and most everything off the bully playbook.
