So I’m looking for some briefs (preferably tighty Whities) to do hangings and have them not rip in. I also want to be able to stretch them to be atomic. Preferably less then 20 dollars. I want to support my whole weight (around 150) and I’m around 6 feet tall. I know I’m a stick lol. I also preferably want them to fit snugly so then are not sagging. So to compress everything, tight white briefs that are stretchy and strong and under 20 dollars. Thanks in advance.

What worked for me ended up being a cheap pack of briefs from Amazon (the brand was Meraki, but I can't find them online anymore). But they're 95% cotton, 5% elastic/Spandex, and they do basically everything you described. No ripping with hanging or bouncing wedgies (I'm about 175 lbs), and generally snug all around.
Atomics are always tricky, but I could get one with some minor ripping after I "prepped" by stretching them out first. I'd suggest just looking for those materials maybe and buy a size or two up from normal.
