Looked like I witnessed a public self wedgie walking through the San Francisco Panhandle Park this morning. Walked past a shirtless guy, navy boxer briefs positioned high around his waist, and a strategically placed sweatshirt draped over his back preventing me from seeing if he had his undies hiked up. Did I spot one of you nerds trying to sneak around with a wedgie through the park?
