I only have access to my siblings undies for wedgies and so I don't have a choice of what quality they are. I was wondering if there was a way to make normal cotton panties stretchier or stronger?

Wear multiple pairs to spread the weight load? Don't think what you're asking is possible, but then again, I don't really mess around with panties... unless you consider tighty whities the male version of panties
