Could we add these categories to the stories section and maybe the buddies section too?  Basically four separate sections: Male/Male, Female/Female, Male/Female, and Female/Male?  I would think the dom character would be the first and the sub would be second so like a Male/Female story would have a Male wedgie giver and a female receiver and a Male/Female buddies section would be for male wedgie doms seeking female wedgie subs and female wedgie subs seeking male wedgie doms.  If people are vers, they could put it in both sections.
