Okay, "deleting" messages from the inbox, sent items, and drafts just sends the messages to the trash can. I have to delete them from there to really get rid of them.

I've downloaded everything from the past 10 days, but it's really weird, so now I'm copying all the different convos that I want to save into Word files.
