I'm hoping to work on making that a bit better now that I have some more free time, but I'm not sure how much progress we'll be able to make. He's about 8 years old now.

Yeah, certain dogs are like that, and chihuahua mixes seem to be especially feisty.

He's not too bad about other dogs usually. The worst thing is that he thinks anyone who comes to our house is a huge threat and growls/barks at them the entire time they're here.

My first dog was a german shepherd mix. She definitely had a lot of energy when we first got her. Now we have a Jack Russel/Fox terrier, and she has even more energy.
